Moreover, the Président Dairy Products are between double to quadruple the price of other similar products available in stores, being half the size and oftentimes double the price.

The Plaintiff seek to represent the following class to which he is a part:

“All persons residing in Quebec who have purchased Président Dairy Product(s).”

The Président Dairy Products are available in Quebec at IGA, Metro, Provigo, and Walmart.
